A lifelong native of Western New York, Shane Costa has nearly a decade of experience in professional football. Following his undergraduate degree from SUNY Fredonia, Shane worked for the Buffalo Bills in Player Personnel and Football Administration. He then attended SUNY Buffalo Law School, where he received his law degree and graduated Magna Cum Laude. While attending law school, Shane served as the Head Law Clerk for a major Buffalo law firm that represented the Bills.
After graduating law school, Shane became a certified NFLPA Agent, having a player drafted and multiple players signed to contracts in his first year alone. An attorney admitted to the New York State Bar, Shane also practices law in Buffalo and represents and advises coaches in their employment agreements.
Growing up in Buffalo, NY, Christian became very passionate for sports and got involved with coaching and assisting teammates with recruiting at a young age.
Christian graduated Cum Laude from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management, and received his MBA from East Carolina University. At both schools, he worked extensively within the football programs. He interned with the Buffalo Bills’ Business Development department, and also served as Chief Operating Officer for a football camp that involved numerous NFL athletes. Additionally, Christian has worked at some of the most prestigious representation firms in the world, and has learned from several high profile agents.
Although grateful for the invaluable experiences with big agencies, Christian’s desire to create personalized and deep relationships with his clients lead to his affiliation with Pillar Sports Management. Christian’s vast experience on both the team and agency side of football has allowed him to develop a unique understanding when it comes to advising and negotiating on his client’s behalf. Christian works closely with top professionals in various industries, which allows him to provide his clients with informed guidance in all aspects of their lives.
Mark, an NFLPA certified agent, is a former college rugby player with a passion for sports and a deep desire to compete. For 15 years Mark has enjoyed a successful law practice representing clients in million dollar personal injury and construction defect cases, and criminal defense cases, including capital murder. As the first in his extended family to receive a college degree Mark understands that education, hard work, and discipline are the keys to success. Mark currently resides in Salt Lake City, Utah with his wife Jennifer, two sons Ansel and Elijah, and their black lab Coal. Mark received his BA from Utah State University and his juris doctorate degree from Howard University School of Law. Now in his third year as an agent Mark has signed five players to professional contracts.
